BREATHING NEW LIFE INTO THE AIRE VALLEY, LEEDS

The Aire Valley of Leeds, along the M1 corridor will become home to one of the largest regeneration initiatives every undertaken in the UK.

Templegate Developments, a joint venture organisation comprising Evans Property Group and Keyland Developments, will bring forward a dynamic and progressive mixed-use development covering 546 acres of land straddling both sides of the M1 motorway at junction 45.

Specific plans for the development include:

• 4.5 million square feet of office and industrial accommodation
• A hotel
• Large scale leisure amenities and ancillary retail facilities
• The provision of major residential development

The new East Leeds link road at junction 45 will provide the area with direct access to Leeds city centre, and will ensure that the Aire Valley scheme becomes a thriving sustainable community, in which people can live, work and spend leisure time.
